    connecting ipod/iphone to MFD2

    how would i connect it? is there a cable i can buy? does it also charge my iphone

    Yes, you can buy an adapter from VW it's about $200. It won't charge your phone though unless you buy a separate charge converter.

    The whole set-up is a bit crap though .... you can only play playlists on the iphone and you lose all control on the iphone screen. When I had one I used to start the album playing that I wanted and then plug it in - a bit cumbersome. And hend I upgraded to an RNS510 and and MDI
