Do you mean the Premium, Highline, (can't remember the other one)? Or is there more to it than that?
The Skoda one has green stripes all around the buttons which I think wasn't one of those three options in the VW unit. Also when you adjust the volume the stripe that appears at the bottom is green in Skoda, red in VW. Do you know if you can change those?
I once tried changing the splashscreen in the VW unit to the Skoda one, but it didn't work.

I know you can change them with setconfig (rear service port), I'm pretty sure you can do it via VCDS also but I can't remember.
The splashscreen you can load your own custom one at any time (netdata.be/iso), or you can choose from the embedded ones with VCDS.
