Fair enough, but have you read the DIY guides... it's super easy (I've had mine out a number of times to plug various things in behind it). Just pull the trim off with your fingers then undo 4 T20 screws and that's it, unplug the cables behind it and swap with the new unit.

Otherwise post a thread in the VCDS forum asking for a local member to help.
