Caravelle 2013 Replacing RCD215 with RNS510

So, I have just installed my RNS510 in my 2013 Caravelle. It was an easy swap, but I am having some troubles figuring out the coding. The radio works fine, the SD card and HDD are fine. My vehicle had bluetooth, but it isn't recognising it now. The Navigation isn't working at all, but I am waiting on my map DVD to arrive, so not too worried yet. I haven't got the steering wheel controls to work properly yet either. I tried loading the firmware via CD (version 528x, or whatever the link was...) but it failed 3 times with different CD's. I am going to try a DVD later on. My current software version is 0972, should I just leave this? Hardware version H60. where should I be starting with this? I am a beginner with VCDS, but happy to learn, so if you can let me know where I need to look, that would be great!

It is South Korean. The radio works fine, so no need to change the tuner card.
I just need to figure out the programming for the navigation and bluetooth.

Will need to be modified with low level tools before it MIGHT be possible to load EU firmware.

It may need a new tuner board, but this might be able to be modified.
Then some low level settings would need to be changed (you would need setconfig or rnsmanager for this not possible with vcds or obd11 etc)
Then load 5238 firmware.
Then it may work.

So I have just converted a Chinese RNS mainboard to EU.
The tuner board was already an EU tuner so can't comment on the compatibility of the Korean tuner board.
Using setconfig I changed the model Id and product ID, region etc.
Then loaded a 4120 factory firmware image (modified images don't erase enough data and you end up with the unit stuck in German language only)
Lastly loaded 5238 and latest maps.
