CAN Errors after RCD330 Install

After much reading through these threads, I purchased an RCD330 from RCD330.com and a cheapo RGB to composite converter from AliExpress. I believe that I have a lowline camera as I didn’t have any moving lines on the RNS510 when reversing.

Removed the existing RNS510, disabled the 2E-Media Gateway, 37-Navigation and 77-Telephone in VCDS and unplugged the Bluetooth module under my driver’s seat. Fitted the RCD330 and all the head unit functions worked as expected.

Another VCDS scan showed a few errors but I hadn’t installed the reverse camera module, so I continued as per the information in “RCD330+ OEM Camera Connection”.

The camera appears to be receiving power, and the logo flips up when engaging reverse, but I receive a message on the head unit that says “The Rear View camera system is currently not available”.

I attach the edited output from a VCDS scan (forum rules wouldn't allow me to attach everything) and would be grateful if anyone can shed any light on my problem.
