Thank you for the input, Kamold! I disconnected the Bluetooth module under the passenger seat and installed a new microphone. But the microphone is still not working. All of the other bluetooth functions work. Where would I be able to find a VCDS? (Is this the same thing as an OBD-II scanner?) Any clue what else could cause the microphone to not work? The cables are all connected behind the radio as well.
