It still sounds like a bug rather than a feature. Based on my quite limited total driving time with the new unit the RDS itself works just fine and it is indeed useful feature as the same stations with same names are available on different frequencies around the country here. The receiver also works quite well with the antenna adapter/amplifier as it finds several frequencies for each station easily and I have not really experienced any static. Anyway this one is not that much of a problem.
What I really dont't like is that changing from FM1 to FM2 and FM3 has to be done through pressing first Band and then FM and then the same again and again on touch screen while there is this RADIO hard button, which according to user manual scrolls through FM1, FM2, FM3 and AM if pressed repeatedly. Only that it does not.

I wanted to give an update on my reverse camera issue. As you recall, I have an ANS-810 and bought a boot handle reverse camera off Aliexpress. I initially connected the camera directly to the right rear reverse light power line. It didn't work. After consultation here, I re-wired the set-up to use a relay and now the camera is wired to get power derived from the rear 12V power outlet which I spliced into. I still don't have any reverse camera activity. I also don't have any power to my right rear reverse light. This happened prior to the rewiring to use the relay.
I'd like to determine which fuse is responsible for the right rear reverse light. This would be for a US vehicle. Also, here is a crude drawing showing how I wired the relay. I think this is fine but want to make sure I haven't done anything wrong. I do think something has happened to the OEM power feed line to the rear reverse light since it doesn't have any voltage going to it when I place the vehicle in reverse (confirmed with multimeter). Any thoughts would be appreciated.

are you sure Brown is ground?
I would have run Ground off the relay to a body bolt to be absolutely sure as sometimes the brown wire could go across to the other side light and from there to ground

the relay is probably fine to go across the light ( brown& blue, only if the light drops sufficient load across it in operation), but the camera should probably go to the body for ground, in case there is some other funky monitoring stuff going on in that brown wire.

I'll move the relay and camera grounds to a body bolt tomorrow (already night here) and report back. The rear light plastic housing has some bolts attaching them to the body if I recall from my working through the little panel inside the car. Would this suffice as a site for grounding?

scratch a bit of paint off so the wire is contacting bare metal.
