I received a new firmware, but I do not know which version is for me.
In the menu of my unit is:
BSP ANS510AS.609
APP ANS510AS.M69
BT: 20111115
Should I use M version? BT has a meaning?

Did you flash any firmware prior to this? And is your unit fully functional? As far as I know the BT 20111115 is meant to be a V unit, but if yours is indeed running M firmware without any issues then that would be the right one too use.

DKN, before I bought from you the support I got the update from my unit's dealer . Maybe this was the wrong version? The unit works generally well..... sometimes crashes for no reason. After turning on (before VW logo) I have white screen with lines-appeared in the previous update. Should I stay with M or change to V?

Yes it is a newer update. I'm not clear on the exact updates but for M version it fixes the RVC black screen issue, and I believe the Random button for SD / USB playback now remembers itself on boot. There are likely to be other small fixes and updates to the iPod interface, but I don't have an iPod / iPhone to test with.

MPU is up to V95, or M94.

Yes, it will if it is a new unit. Older depreciated CAN-Bus decoders only worked for new Polo GTIs.

DKN can you post the latest firmware online?

At this stage I am still sending firmware and offering related support based on a paid subscription service. I plan to release the firmware publicly when it is finalised and updates cease, but due to Audiosources deciding not to discontinue the current generation for now, I'm not sure how far away that is.

Hi Sandy,

I've updated the firmware. The screen still goes black when engage reverse/rvc while using BT. Seems to fix the black screen while using RVC and NAV.

As I mentioned before I get my firmware from my technician, the sales staff don't always get them on time because it's not essential for them. My service is paid for good reason

I have the "M: unit and with the latest firmware I now have (did not before) the RVS system screen pop up and radio turns off in reverse. How do I kill this since I do not have sensors OR a camera? The old firmware did not do this.. and I liked that. The new firmware is also glitchy with switching from NAV to SD/RADIO/etc. Can I go back to the old firmware? This new one is nothing but problems for me and no fixes (other than the delay time is finally fixed when navigating your media menus)
