On another note you should really use mediafire, Dropbox or Google drive to share files, the latter 2 for bigger ones. Speed restricted freemium sharing systems frustrate me and I'm sure many others share that hate

Could someone either give a quick primer on the GPS software options or point me in the right direction for further reading. I paid for the map data when I purchased my head unit from audiosource. I received igo8 (don't have version details) with a 2010 US map data. I'd like to update but need to understand my options. Is primo2 a newer version of igo8?

I did already download the 2012 igo map data from NaviTotal.com. Just have to get it on a SD card and install.

I would suggest asking that question on a dedicated gps sit Fixmygps Mk III - GPS Navigation Made Easy - IGO NavnGo or iGO, MioMap and other

Thanks, that is exactly what I needed. Already used these sites and learned a lot! Have downloaded Primo2 and more current data files and will be loading them in the next few days!

I hoping someone can help with a couple of gliches I am experiencing with my unit. When the unit powers up a blank white screen appears with some vertical lines. The Nav has also stopped working. It was freezing but now I can't enter Nav at all. I have tried restarting the unit. Any ideas?

Also, has anybody got an iPhone 5 to work via a cable for music?

Check your PM, it's likely warranty work.
