Both are coming soon.
Further, OBD functions are progressing nicely and the expected completion date is end of August.
Update: new firmware is also arriving soon, stay tuned for improvements :)
First major bug I have come across... Reverse parking screen came up on the unit... then when i switched to drive and kept driving, well the reverse parking overlay never turned off... so i couldnt view my radio stations, etc....
It seems to be a rare bug... but is there... so would be handy if they allowed any press on the screen to remove the reverse parking overlay... might be a nice easy suggestion to let them know of.... ;)
You could try putting it in Reverse and back to Drive or just restarting the unit, that should work.
Allowing any press to exit the reverse screen could result in the user accidentally exiting the reverse screen while reversing, but perhaps having an exit button is viable. I will report the issue.

Reboot of unit fixes it.
I think you will find that it happens the second time you open a door when the nav is running, the first open and close works as expected. I have already reported this issue. Rather than rebooting, for now just go back to your music screen and open then close the door, this will reset it.
Hi Sandy. Any chance that the door open feature can be turned off? I'm kinda over it already lol. If it can't be turned off can you suggest to the Firmware writers to provide the option?
Sure, actually along with the AC display (you wouldn't have that since you don't have mk6) it makes sense to have them as user options. I will make the suggestion.
yeah well the stay in reverse graphic... its happened a couple times.. and yeah drive forward, back, etc can fix it... but its kinda annoying when you've started driving and its stuck on there..... i dont want to have to always get in a mindset to check that it has dissapeared before driving...
also i am not a massive fan of it turning off the audio when you reverse... again, more user options would help those who want different features...
Suggestions / bugs are now left with my technician.
Re the reverse screen, it has only happened to me once and as a matter of fact if you wait until the unit begins booting before you switch to reverse, the reverse screen should not show at all if you don't have a reverse camera because the unit will detect that there is no signal.
