Aftermarket bluetooth option for Mk6 GTI?

    Hi All

I'm thinking of installing an aftermarket bluetooth for my 2010 build MK6 GTI and was wonder what the best option bluetooth to get?

Should i just go to the dealer and install one? Or get one from FISCON?

Which is the better bluetooth system? I want it to be integrated with my RCD-510 and with my MFD.

    Thanks.

Why not just get an OEM one fitted? The latest 9ZB/9W7/9WZ all do the same as a Fiscon anyway for about the same price?

    I've ordered a Golf 77TDI MY11

The dealer has told me that he can install the "factory" bluetooth as an aftermarket extra, I assume this would be the 9ZB.

He tells me that I will be able to answer and terminate calls from the steering wheel, but the following functions will not be available.

It will not allow me to view my phonebook/contacts on the RCD310

It will not give me voice control

It will not allow me to receive/view SMS on the RCD310

    Is this true?

Would the Fiscon perform these functions?

    Thanks in advance
