9W4 (9WZ) bluetooth module support voice commands ??

    Hello,
I bought a VW golf mk6 Highline before 3 days, and i noticed that the voice commands and the microphone not working, i checked the car bluetooth module and its 9W4 (3C8 035 730 B):

My question is does this model support voice commands ??
and why the mic in the car not working ( the caller cant hear me when I talk) ?
and If I buy new microphone does this will solve the problem for the microphone in calls ?

OR does all this things in mic and voice commands need to programed in VCDS??

Was the mic already installed from factory?
If so then it is connected to the head unit. You now need to connect the the Bluetooth module to the mic out pins on the head unit.

There is lots of information on how this needs to be connected and coded.
