9w2 Bluetooth on Full Height Red MFD

I have a 08 R32 with full height red mfd.

Previous owner has put in a RCD510 and now i want to put in bluetooth.

My research shows that i need to get the 9w2 kit because 9w7 and above is only for the full height white MFD.

My question is, what's the difference with the kits i can buy on ebay for $249 in aus and the $130 units i can buy from china?
