What Ron Fuel do you use?

It would pay to go on the site that tells you which engines are suited to Ethanol.

Our Polo 77TSI is NOT

Yeah, my MY16 Golf R and MY14 118TSI Tiguan are both listed as unsure with a disclaimer saying that VW/Skoda don't recommend running ethanol-blended fuels.

If anything the 98 with ethanol will improve performance over normal 98.

Park Fuels which seem to provide Enhance stations with fuel quote a premium 97 (with e10), or a Premium 98 (Drive) - no ethanol.
If the car requires 95 minimum the 97E10 will be fine (and better than base fuel 95), but if tuned for 98 I would not run this.
Like for like - Base fuel octane is better than Splash blending ethanol to meet required octane, i.e., Premium 98 is better than 98E10.
