    Volvo coolant?

    My dad has spare coolant he got for his volvo xc90 from the dealer, would this be safe to use in my VR6 golf?

    Does it have VW G12 specification?
    Most likely not, so I wouldn't take the risk,

    For peace of mind, + VW coolant is not expensive and it is right coolant for your engine, stick with it.
