Wheel question

Hi guys,

I found this wheel for sale on eBay:



I'm wondering what model Touareg did it come off of? Was it a factory option? I've never seen them on a Touareg before, but they look great. Does anyone know where I may be able to find a full set for sale?

Any replies are much appreciated.

Ray it is a VW Manhattan wheel, 18" 5x130 offset. Fitted to V8 models from '03 to '06. Part number 7L6 601 025.
