Just got my Treg back from the 907D sevice and found in the car a promotionary tag " Front and rear underbody protection inc. rear roof spoiler, Retail price $1715.00 Campaign price $1099.00 + 3hours fitting time"

Presume that'd be the plastic protection plates. Wouldn't surprise me if the dealers found themselves with a bit of extra stock there. I like to think Touareg owners/buyers are less likely to sign up for worthless trimmings, than say X5 buyers

Just rang them, you are right, they are plastic
I wonder if they be prepared to import the metal ones from WV Germany.
