    Locusts!

I spent a couple of hours yesterday cleaning our Touareg after the drive from the Naracoorte. The car is driving back there tomorrow and I don't want to have a hard time washing it again. So, a quick trip to Bannings today for 2 meters of shade cloth, the Treg received the Mothers FX wax, and the second coat of wax before the shade cloth was attached.

Good job with the shade cloth - how did you fasten it on the sides?

Just used the screws in the inner guard and plastic ties under the car.

Bare in mind you wont quite have the same airflow through the front of the car.

Mght want to keep an eye on that temperature guage.

I know, I choose the cheapest shade cloth (quite coarse one). The car is in Naracoorte now and run very well, she made Naracoorte/Adelaide - Adelaide/Naracoorte on one tank and still has 1/4 of the tank left.
