    Headlights keep blowing

What's the go? The main beam bulbs keeps blowing at random times. I've chanaged the bulbs probably 4 times in the past year and it can happen on either side (not at the same time, though).

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Are you running the H7 bulbs?
Are they 55W or 65W rated?

All i can think of is that you may have overpowered lights that keep burning themselves out.

Pretty sure they're H7 bulbs, the ones that came stock.

I cbf getting a new one last time so I used the main bulb from my old headlights, it was H7 but I think it's the other side that's blown now.

Check the Voltage on the globe terminals. With engine running at idle the voltage should be 13.2V max. Have an assistant to open throttle to increase engine RPM briefly over 2500 again the voltage should be 13.2V I know that very often I measured higher voltage but the globe manufacturers don't accept the warranty if the globe is showing formation of the ball at the posts. Also make sure that the globe is properly seated in the headlight.

Thanks, I'll give that a go (if I can get into the terminals without removing the lights).

The only way to get to the bulbs/terminals is to remove the entire cluster. But appreciate the picture anyways

This may seem like a silly question but are you touching the glass on the bulbs at all? If so the oils in your fingers will create hot spots and lead to premature failure.
