    Interesting. I sent them an e-mail suggesting if they really want to get an owners review, they need to experience and report on the service they get from VW, as I've heard it isn't good.

    The other item I gleened from the article is the name of their PR man.
    VW's PR chief Jon Dawe

    That may come in useful down the track.
