    WOW, thats just fantastic. The big question is where did you get both the model and the 1/10th shell?

    I have a 1/10th scale nitro powered car with a beetle shell that could really do with a nice golf shell instead and I'm also very interested in that plastic model. I tried to order the VR6 and ended up with a Mk3 GTI, mind you I haven't looked in a while. Can you share your sources please?

    Hi Aaron, Thanks, they really are awesome love them, we got both off ebay, I have just found the ebay store where we bought the 1/10 full kit (Tony's early fathers Day Present) Chris always wanted a mini me!!!

    Things like the shark fin aerial & roof racks, I carved out of balsa wood, the cross bars is metal, the car still drives really well, we will take both to the Nationals next year.
