Ok well after a massive leave of absence, I'm back! Unfortunately I haven't made any progress on my model as I think the glue would make me a little sick (have had the flu for two weeks). I hope to get back into it this week!

Red face UPDATE on RC VR6- HAH44

Here are the pics I promised.
After talking to thestu & seeing his model & getting his advice we also bought new adjustable suspension so that we could lower it.
We now have it fully working, just have to get it painted.
We are still waiting for the BBS rs wheels to arrive, plus I'm now making new stickers for the lights etc, same as HAH44, then of coarse the roof racks & skis.
Must get it finished for 12th September- VWD Action Day so that we can take it along with HAH44

    HAHA AMAZING!

I have to say though, they even made models in 4-door as opposed to the 2-door

Thanks Tony, we couldn't believe our luck getting the BBS wheels, hunted the internet for them, they come from the US, a really nice guy, JP sells them, he has them with all different coloured centres, don't know if he has 1/18 scale, you could ask, his web site is ::welcome to the home of TEAM POGI::

They are only $20-$22 US + $2 shipping for all 4 wheels,he even helped us get the tyres, we wanted low profile stretched look with tread that wasn't so chunky.
