I think they took some poetic license with the title, but there are some interesting ones in there as well as info on the fines. Have a read through the article here:

Knew pretty much all of those (younger driver).

I've only driven with my rear fog light on in clear conditions when the car behind me had his high beams on.

My son got stopped by Police because his rear seat passenger (adult) was not wearing a seat belt. Luckily, son got a verbal warning but offender copped a fine.

In Qld, it is an offence for a driver to have a passenger unrestrained and carries a penalty of $300 fine and 3 demerit points. I'm usually too busy keeping an eye out for speed limit signs and cameras hiding behind whatever they can find on the side of the road to worry about what adults are doing in the back.

As it is in most jurisdictions. In NSW we get reminded of this every long weekend as it would take just the driver and one passenger to be unrestrained for the driver to lose his/her licence because of double demerit points.

On fog lights, again, they are only supposed to be used in conditions of fog or limited visibility. The same goes for rear fog lights.

On dipping your lights it is a case of 200 m or when the oncoming driver dips theirs.

Actually every motorist should download the ARR's. They differ very slightly in each state, so head to your local authority's web site and download them.
