Puts the Camry to shame as a sleep inducing device IMHO. I'm really worried about where VW's design is heading to...
The new Jetta is an entirely new vehicle. The appearance of its fully galvanised body shows this most emphatically. Well... have a look at what the highest selling cars are... Toyotas. Highest selling colours aren't even colours... white, silver, etc.

Wait a minute, are you suggestig that there are so many Golfs on our roads because... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

VW Target Market = Conservative Middle Class
- Ben
1961 Karmann Ghia Coupé - 1993 Golf Cabriolet - 2006 Golf Comfortline 1.9L TDI
2008 Jetta 2.0L FSI
Well, that is Toyota's market, too...
No, I'm saying you can only get so far by being good. There are not enough Golfs on our road cause they're too interesting. Just like the Jetta. They need to make them more boring to sell more!
Saw the new Jetta at the Autostadt in Germany recently. Looks better in the flesh than in photos. Clean and modern lines.
I am going to the motor show tomorrow night specifically to see the new Jetta, should be interesting...but I think its nice looking, very similar to the current Audi A4 ???
I wonder what the Jetta pricing will be like.
Will it be a competitor again for Honda Accord Euro/Mazda 6,etc...or will it fight with Honda Civic,Mazda 3,etc ???
