    new car jacking scam...

    Hey Dubbers,

    Got this email from a mate, not sure how true it is but thought i would share it with you guys anyway. I wouldnt put it past these low lives, they are capable of just about anything these days!

    I agree mate, if that email is spreading around, it's either true or it will be. Lowlifes that do this kind of sheet will think of/steal any idea to do it.

    Way too hard to read when it's spread out like that.

    I just lock my doors when i get out of the car, especially when at the petrol station paying for fuel.
    The amount of people who leave their doors unlocked and even open is astounding.

    The other day i saw an XR5 focus with both front windows down at the shopping centre and no one inside.
    I was astounded that it was still there when i got back to the car.

    Plus the fact that if you always reverse into a space when you park up, you just jump in and drive off.

    I always do this, saves messing about.

    Still makes you wonder no? I mean it is a possibilty that this could happen even though highly unlikely..

    I think the same, especially when I see a convertible with it's roof down at a major shopping centre. For some reason they're normally Saabs, too.
