Has anyone in Melbourne had any experiences with Barloworld Mentone or Glen Waverley

After having many dealings with South Yarra,deceided it was time to move on.
Have found Camberwell more plesant,but have a little niggle with my Jetta,that they have not been able to trace.
When I sometimes go over a cats eye with mainly the right tyres,I hear a little vibration coming from,I think the left B panel...
I have now booked it in at BW Mentone,but could only get an apointment with a loan car for a Monday in the middle of next month.Service advisor will come with me on that day for a drive to look/see.
I live in Caulfield,so close to both branches..
Has anyone had any dealings with either of these branches.
It is a very small issue,but annoying.
Any feedback will be welcome.

We delt with Barloworld in Mascot, Sydney and were totally ripped off on the dealer delivery. My advise shop around the charges vary greatly.

Have you tried South Yarra's service centre in Flockhart St, Richmond?

I too have been far from impressed with South Yarra's own service centre, but the guys down in Flockhart St are very friendly and knowledgable. Been down a couple of times with some minor issues and I've been very happy up to this point.

Yes,I had my 15000 kilometer service there,and was very happy with it.
The manager Vito was excellent,but unfortunatly left to join Skoda in Richmond.He is a big loss to the company.
I am not mad about the centre in South Yarra,and the new guy ,Scott,who is now running the place is so-so,as is Brad Wood,the service manager at S.Y.

This is the wierdest thing ever.
The vibration only happens when the safety belt is not being used.
I have nowgot the seat belt fastened permanently,and the problem has gone away...
The issue still needs to be resolved however...

I have 2 dashboard related squeeks,small,intermittant,BUT annoying,so am going back to South Yarra in Abortsford in 2 weeks time.
Will report back on their service.
