Car looks awesome, engine sounds like it would OWN..... and yeah... looks like a well sorted package.

only think i don't understand is why VW went RWD and not AWD.

I L-O-V-E LOVE IT!

the only issue i can see with this car is: people drive gti's because they are a value for money fast car..... i think this might be out of the price range of most gti drivers

also, i can see that JC (topgear) will have a problem with it - with all those cylinders in the back, how can he fit his chest of drawers in the boot?

and another thing - i love in the official press release, the part about the dashboard switches where they note important functions like "turning off the ESP"
