which dealership to use in melbourne

I have got a small problem with my Jetta,a small but intermittent rattle ,coming from the top drivers window area.
South Yarra fitted a new window regulator...not the cause,so I dont think its a loose window.
Then tightened all the bolts in the drivers door, not that.
I have e mailed VW,and said we have to get to the bottom of it,as it is so frustrating when it happens.
They have suggested I use a dealer other than South Yarra, who have delivered and looked after my car.
    My local dealers are...
    Barloworld Mentone
    Barloworld Glen Waverley.
    Camberwell.
Which one should I use,and who should I deal with,as have had no dealings with any of these dealers.
    Pleaase advise...

    Probably Camberwell.
Speak to the 2IC. He should know what to do.

I hope this problem has been resolved.
VW asked South Yarra to have one more look, and I took it to the dealership today.
A mechanic George came with me for a drive, and has located the problem as trim behind the B -pillar.
It is going in next Monday and Tuesday to have both sides replaced, and I will have a courtesy car at my disposal.

I think Burwin is a good place to go and Barloworld Glen waverly is best to be avioded... Hope you get it sorted...

Thought I would give an update.
It was in for 3 days last week, and the left side is much better with a new safety belt.
However the right side was also replaced, but has not sorted the problem out.
It sounds like a loose screw behing the drivers grab handle.
Did South Yarra not test the car...
They are an arrogant bunch, and I would NOT reccomend them to anybody.
I went today to Camberwell, and they seem very much more professional and very plesant.
The foreman seemed interested in me,as did the service assistant,Paul.
It is booked in there on June 16th,where they will investigate fully, and I will have a loan car for as long as they have mine.

    This matter has been resolved.
I have been VERY impressed with all my dealings at Camberwell so far,and would reccomend them.

Had my 30000 kilometer service done yestorday at Camberwell VW,and once again,it all seems impressive.
The car is going like a dream, they rotated the tyres, polished out a tiny scratch on the rear bumper, and replaced an electric window switch under guarantee which was about to start peeling.
    I had a loan car.
    They even polished my tyres.
All for 525 dollars, cant really complain about that...
