I caught this article in the Daly Mail in the UK and it appears the service centre in question has a lot of answering to do. I also wonder how much of this goes on without being picked up by the hapless owner.?

And closer to home I saw this the other week and the results were much worse than what happened to the blokes Audi. This is why I prefer to have my car serviced by an reputable independant.
