    Haha, what a tool - driving and using his mobile phone. Then left the engine running for 15 minutes till it finally got a gobful of water.

    He must have thought the insurance might give him the car back after drying it out, so to make sure it was a write-off he wrecked the engine too.

    I smell foul mud here
