    So why are they putting a "Red Sidewall" on the tyres? It says that it's for TV viewers. But are they making this a mandatory thing to use them at least once during the race or something?

    In other words, like the Indycar Series has been doing the last few years with the Firestone Reds and Firestone Blacks?
