Just got back from AMS 2008

Saw the Tiguan, R36, Caravelle, Golf Pacific & Anniversary Beetle and took lots of photos which hopefully I'll upload on Saturday.

Tiguan
Looks good in the flesh, is all round good

I chatted to a gentleman who may buy one instead of the Passat Wagon as its easier on his back. (he may join the forum hopefully )

Some slight quibbles with the Tiguan is no flat folding seats ????? no Track&Field version to be offered and the folding tables are annoying to put up, you have to open your legs to fit the tray into its up right position.

Positives are endless, Tiguan has sliding rear seats, RNS Nav , good looks, good build & good pricing.

Its bigger than what you expect it to be.

Passat R36 Wagon
In Deep Blue very nice and the alcantara leather is amazing.

The Uber Passat


Caravelle
This is the ultimate People Mover that can seat 9 adults and am sure it will be popular with Churches, Gov. & Large Families.

Golf Pacific
A more value for money package with beautiful alloys

New Beetle Anniversary Edition
A good package with black & white combo throughout the car including leather seats in the rear and front and nice wheels.

For those that love nostalgia this will be the ultimate way to celebrate 10 years of the New Beetle.
