It usualy means someone made him a good offer on another site and he sold it. A read of the VCDS thread in the specialist section may help you.

If you dont know what it does maybe you are better off without it

I know you can edit factory options and its needed to use for a navigation installation.

But don't know what the diffrent models do.

Will have a red of the section you recommended.
