Really guy? You make this too easy... I'm not even looking for these, just keep stumbling across them, do some research man, stop posting silly threads in every section you can find, I'm sorry but you come across as a complete ass and no one is going to take you seriously

Depends on what Golf GTI you mean. Nothing like a MK2 GTI as they've got a 16V ABF engine. They were based around a MK3 Golf GTI 16V which were never sold in Australia. It's also aimed at being a family car so will be slightly softer.

Still bit more sporty than a Kia Rio....

    it said in wikipedia :

    2.0 MPI ABF inline-4 DOHC 16v 1984 cc 110 kW (150 PS; 148 bhp) @ 6,000 180 N·m (133 ft·lbf) @ 4,800 1995–1998

so you saying it's a abf engine or unlike it cause the golf is a abf engine?

Come again? I'm saying no Aussie delivered Golf's came with an ABF. A MK2 GTI has a 1.8 8v engine.

That one looks a bit tired but otherwise pretty good. Does it come with RWC because i don't think it would pass with that air filter.

    It's based on a Mk 3 Chassis

As far as I'm aware, the ABF wasn't fitted to a VW badged car here in Australia, happy to be corrected if thats the case,

It was however fitted to SEAT badged vehicles (SEAT Ibiza Cupra, SEAT Toledo in Australia.

The engine in that Car is good but more orientated to being a family type car than a true performance vehicle

    Body Type Hatchback
    Year 1995
    Kilometers 176000
    Transmission Manual
    Drivetrain Front-wheel drive (FWD)
    Air Conditioning Yes

Great economical sports car, power windows/mirrors, central locking/immobiliser, sunroof, CD/MP3, drives great, new valves/seals in head, good paint, hood lining needs re-doing, was quoted $100 to do. Aircon needs re-gassing. Leather interior in great condition, has been in family since new. This car is basically a VW Golf GTI with a Seat body: same engine & running gear. Selling as I am moving overseas in January, will consider all reasonable offers, anyone that looks will not be disappointed. Unregistered but HAS VALID RWC. New front tyres.
