He's definitely made a mistake with his shipping estime - it'd would actually be about $350-500 in shipping alone.
What he's quoting is how much it cost me to ship 4 16x8 BBS RV's from Germany to the UK with DHL and that's without tyres - and that's a 2 hour flight.
