    Went and had a look today after uni just to see if it had the steering rack i needed and it does so ill be heading over tomorrow morning with the tools.

    For anyone that is interested its a 79 accoriding to the vin (compliance plate says 11-7 and it still got decent rear arch spats, drivers side big mirror and the door cards although brown are in very good shape.

    dado can you check out what the rear drivers door is like? even a photo perhaps, I know someone that needs one.

    Late reply Jarred, but there's a scrape down the right-hand side along the lower section of the doors and front quarter panel. I was hoping the drivers door was at least straight and had restorable paint, but nope, scape's about 2 or 3cm deep (all pushed in a fair way).

    Still some good bits left on as @ 10am this morning.....this car must have been well looked after, as the seat runners (white-plastic thingys that stop ur seats rocking) were like new
