Thread: Mk4 R32 at auction in WA

  1. #11

There has been one in the paper for 30k for quite a few weeks now.
That R32 has been up for numerous weeks in a row now. It would be a worth a bid on that one.

Seriously how do people "lose" these things. I mean especially with VW you have a nice little cubby hole to keep the book and everything else in. This just sounds so extremely dodgy.

Watched it online just now. bids started at $25,000 and went up to $26,500 and then stopped. Didn't meet reserve i don't think as was refered to highest bidder.

I will just have to keep waiting for the over-priced ones over here on the East Coast to start getting realistic and realise that none of these things sell for $34,000 + anymore.

this is true, but at the same time if you ask 34,000 for one in WA and there's a similar one in QLD for 28,000, it's not going to take 6,000 to get back to WA even if you go and inspect it yourself! It's allllll relative.
