    A few deep scratches on it - notice one of the headlight washer covers is gone as well and what's with it being parked on the road like that? Might be only half a car there by the time you go to pick it up ...

    I concur, seems the owner has either attracted some bad press recently or he is a serial touch parker. If thats the exterior, whats left of the mechanicals...

    Maybe this would be a good project/track toy
