    You can always take the sunroof out and weld a panel in. It's an aftermarket sunroof, so should be heaps easier than if it was a factory one.
    Still, It's a 2dr mk2!!

    @ MK2 experts,

    Is there an easy way to tell/rule if a MK2 uses a CE1/CE2 wiring loom?
    MK2 - *Insert list of dealer purchased extra's/standard features here*
    80 series - The MK2's BIG, Sooty, polar opposite...

    If it was a factory one it wouldn't need taking out now would it.
    As for welding a panel in you're kidding aren't you'.

    If instrument cluster is 2 plugs it is CE1, otherwise CE2, I'm not Mk2 expert btw

    I was assuming it would be for a race car project, hence you don't need a sunroof, just extra weight
