Can't believe he's selling it!
Can't believe he's selling it!
WHY?????
well at least someone has a chance to enjoy it
To some the making is the reward. The finished product is really a consequence of their passion to build it.
The time has come for a lot of reasons - I only have three car spots and have another project that needs to make Melbourne its home. I was actually meant to move o/s this year, but it's now delayed until next year, so that's given me some breathing space.
Bear in mind this isn't the sort of car that sells overnight, so I've advertised it now knowing full-well it may take months to sell. It's actually been "on the market" behind the scenes for quite some time, but now's the time to kick it up a notch as I need to make some space
It'll be missed, yeah, but there's more in the pipeline I could put it in storage, but it's a waste of an awesome car. I'd rather sell it to someone who'll enjoy it.

Hey Valver good luck with the sale!!! I would still like to see your car in the flesh. BIG TIME.
+80k is astonishing. You are either crazy or you really really....really love mk1s lol.
I have to say i loved the blue one you built a while ago and i absolutely loved this one. Being one of the first in Aus to do such things deserves props. Unfortunately for me i wasn't so impressed seeing it in person, i was actually disappointed and a bit angry that it didn't exactly live up to all the hype, but thats my personal opinion and probably my own fault. Still an excellent car though!
Best of luck with the sale mate, i hope it goes to a good home.
