agree with you,i just bought some goodies from UK and shipping was 11 pounds just to be contacted from the seller that he can't do it cheaper then 45 pounds

You could bid, win, and argue that they didn't state it was national shipping only, but you'd probably have ebay and the seller on your back. No biggie though I guess, try it!
