As rare as they are, it doesn't seam like much people are interested in them by the looks of it? I would love to own one, but cant justify it.

These Mk1 Jettas were built in South Africa into the mid 1990s as the VW Fox. Decent rust free examples could be had fairly cheap if you wanted.

I've seen a few MK1 Jettas locally,but never the much more popular MK2.
