However going by the misaligned seats and obvious welds down the side of the hatch area I offered 9.5k...

I totally agree with your comment Mitch even though in the first place this thread was started to help prevent others from buying a poorly repaired car that was involved in a serious accident. As the previous owner has stated, keep clear of this car.
