    Carsales: Scirocco GT, not miine

    I'm guessing it was imported from the UK seeing as the larger speed on the speedo is in MPH and the odometer is in Miles..

    Thats the only place they sent RHD Roccos.

    Its a straight car and the auto problem is easily fixed.

    No-one buy it, I`m keeping it aside in case I smash my one and need a reshell.

    Kiwis even had mk1 GTIs sold as new from the VW dealers... how the hells that happen

    That rocco is worth looking after and converting to manual

    I just don't get how VWA did not sell the mk1 GTI (golf) new in oz you guys have a much bigger market than us

    In the good-old days of Bathurst (when genuine competition ruled) mk1 GTI's were on track mixing it up with all comers... for some bizzare reason VWA made the choice to ignore the free marketing and promotion this event provided...for GTI's

    btw RHD mk1 & 2 Scirocco's were sold in nz
