Same! I'm in Brisbane so it's perfect for my project.

How much rust does it have? Do you know if any rust has gone all the way through? Any evidence of rust in the underbody? (like under the carpeting etc.)?

Edit: Questions sent directly to seller on eBay. Will notify of answers later.

My apologies, I assumed you were the seller, then I realised if you were, you would've posted it in the Cars for Sale section.

He responded saying there are some rust holes on the passenger's floor. Carpet has not been lifted for rust inspection.

Auction is finishing on Thursday and my exams finish on Thursday morning. Hmmmm maybe I'll take a detour on the way home to inspect this one.

good luck dude... 'Carpet has not been lifted for rust inspection.' sounds like a sly way to say 'yeah, its rusty'
all the best with your (hopefully) soon to be project

Thanks mate. I don't mind if there's a little rust under the carpet because I plan on redoing the carpet anyway, so I might as well fix up any rust underneath as well. I just hope there aren't any rust holes because that'll take longer to repair. (And I've never used an angle grinder or a welder before ... but I guess this is the time to learn!)
