    nope,

    Ibiza = 8V
    Cupra = 16V

    You need to wait for a good one turn up locally, you are not buying a Corolla or Mazda 3.

    Hmm mate think you will find the 8v and 16v engines are both from a MK3, 16v is the mighty ABF , worked on them right through my apprenticeship great revving engine.

    I'm with you 100% JMac. 110kW plays 85Kw. Having driven both I know which one wins hands down.
