18" APEC R32 replica rims

Have seen these pop up quite a few times from St George Tyres. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Apec rims or St George Tyres? They look great and come in either 5x100 or 5x112, with tyres (unknown brand) Does this seem like a good deal?

I bought a set of tyres from them recently for my R36 - the price was much better than I could get in Brisbane and they delivered them overnight.

I'm also interested in these, and they do look tempting. Can anyone comment on the quality or weight of the rims? I've emailed St George, and asked questions through their current eBay auction, but the silence is deafening (which answers my questions about St George Tyres' customer service!).

Slightly OT, but can anyone confirm that 5x112 is the correct fitment for a MkVI GTI? And what's the stock offset?
