silver boras with p plates everywhere in melb.
Followed a funky coloured green mk3 on the m1 this morning, and quickly spotted a darker coloured mk3 with orange strips down the bottom of the door and what looked like some full face oem wheels at the place im working in mulgrave

Im pretty sure that is on Beetle 16" steelies with hubcaps. I've seen it around aswell!

Had number plates arthur or something.
Also spotted a silver mk4 golf on s3 wheels just off wellington road, mulgrave yesterday.

Whenever I see other vdubbers, I either get ignored when i wave or they just smile. More recently, I spotted another Skoda superb driver and thought I'd give a friendly wave and all they did was just laugh and didn't return the "howdy" Next time, I'll only say hi to Octavia RS drivers (problem is, not there's not that many around as yet).

I get ignored sometimes but mainly if the Vdub is coming from the opposite direction. Best responses are on dual carriage ways and freeways when you can travel next to them.
