Yeah, build thread on the turbocharged one was posted some time ago - the R32 is his daily driver and produces somewhere over 500whp, and his track car is a full carbon fibre bodied Lotus with an S3 engine which is also somewhere upwards of 500!

Was driving back from Liverpool last night at around 8:30pm, a blue Mk5 R32 with the Euro plates NUR80Y was behind me for a bit, and then overtook me.. Stuck at 90 because of P-plater speed limits, so I couldn't keep up :(

Wow i never knew that it existed!! I done a search here and then on the MkV forums and found it. Insane!! Thanks for that.

mk1 in the yellowy goldy colour next to manly aquatic center today in the afternoon. had the Join the golf club sticker on the back. dead stock but looked A1 condish

Spotted Mk1 Cabrio I think, a few cars behind me on Burnett St Merrylands just off the M4 exit.

Was a red MkII GTI at Chatswood Classic Cars service this morning with a VWWC sticker on the back windscreen, it looks familiar but cant think whos it is.

White on black plates....GTI-something.....

saw a nice MkV Gti last night, number plate GTIMKV.......looked great
