Spotted mk4 golf on I think a3 sport (the 6 spoke ones) wheels on dean st in albury. Stickers up the left side of rear window. Home made wooden roof rack tray and a vww sticker on left rear quater window. Never seen them around before. Must be visiting.

Is it possible I spotted a Mk 7 Golf R this afternoon? Blue, heading west on the M5 at lunch time. I was alongside admiring how shiny it was and the sharper creases on the side. It had a rectangular fuel flap. I pulled in behind it and noticed the trade plate, then.... 4 oval tail pipes!
I changed lanes again to get a better look and the guy spotted me checking out the car and he took off, I mean he was gone in a flash of blue.
